Hi I just wanted to say with general chat tonight hope everybody is feeling a bit more relaxed I know people are having a hard time but you need to know if anybody is feeling they need to talk I’m here for all of youes and try to do one challenge to make us feel good like yoga reading a book or watching a film and write it down what you felt about it and we will talk about in on our next session youes done so well talking about your experiences and everything will get better just takes time

I love that idea of trying to do one activity that makes you feel good and then taking time to reflect on it afterwards to help it sink in even more. That's a fantastic idea, and we're grateful to have you as part of this space
