Hi I just wanted to say with general chat tonight hope everybody is feeling a bit more relaxed I know people are having a hard time but you need to know if anybody is feeling they need to talk I’m here for all of youes and try to do one challenge to make us feel good like yoga reading a book or watching a film and write it down what you felt about it and we will talk about in on our next session youes done so well talking about your experiences and everything will get better just takes time

    By the way if anyone is in a crisis or needing urgent help you have the Samaritans or the crisis team who can help any time 24/7 just to let you know if you are in a crisis or needing regent help aswell as that you can speek to shout on text by 85258 they can help and chat to you with a nice positive response

    @Princesslouise02 , I just wanted to say thanks so much for making these suggestions!

    I love that idea of trying to do one activity that makes you feel good and then taking time to reflect on it afterwards to help it sink in even more. That's a fantastic idea, and we're grateful to have you as part of this space <3

    You very welcome I’m just here if anyone needs support Yehh I like putting my own ideas as it can give other people ideas for their mental health and reduce it
