I can’t do this, I made contact with 4 of my brothers well 3 because one hasn’t replied but it was going so well but now it’s all come crashing down in my head and I can’t do it. I don’t know what to do, I can’t think straight 😭

Would you feel comfy sharing with us what led to the shift from it going well to it all coming crashing down on you? It's totally understandable if you're feeling overwhelmed, and like @Lucy_21 shared, take the time you need to take a break, step back, and look after yourself first.
