I saw the 2nd in command and I told her how I felt, at the end of it I sed 'I no wat psych ab looks like' n she said she's not a8u53ing me. Can a person do it without knowing?
She wasn't but the 1st in command is acting odd

    Would you feel comfy sharing more about what has happened, for you to feel this way? When you say they are the 1st in command, can you let us know if they are part of your care team?

    It's really important you feel cared for. You're so deserving of support. The staff team will drop you a DM just to check in on your safety. <3

    @Gemma somdays I think n notice odd behaviour, I observe nowadays. I'm safe n well. I went to the beach today with family 😀
