    Hey @bignosegirly0, I can understand how acting out in anger is concerning you. It's encouraging to know that you've recognised that there's an issue, and that you've tried mindfulness techniques to distract your mind. It's kind to think about the impact of your behaviour on others :)

    Have you noticed any patterns that trigger these responses? Particular places, people, topics etc?
