River

The words scream in my head
Except no sound is released
All that can be heard is the vibrations
Echoing endlessly to a silent void
Like a cry for help
The silent echoes engulfed into my lungs
I cant breathe
As the struggle kicks in i accept my fate
The heat sets in
The tears too

Is this the end?
