so i joined kooth today and was wondering if the sessions are similar to childline or any other mental health website. is it meant to be a counselling website or a listening and support service? there is a difference between the two by the way.

it can take long time you can have a named worker who you chat to every week at same time. you have 3 assessments chat to see if a named worker is helpful. it can take long time though hope you get through.

they chose time suitable for you but you would have to discuss with them.

for example they would tell you the days they work then say are you ok with friday at 2pm thats example. but you can tell them your not etc.

ok ive had my first session and it went well. theyre going to have a structured assessment for me so theyve added me to the waiting list.
