Panic attack

So basically we have a house alarm, we’ve had it since I was little because that was the only way I could sleep knowing we had that. About 4am the alarm went off and I started shaking, mum went downstairs and told me to stay upstairs with the dogs and she checked all the doors and stuff and said it was fine but it gave me a panic attack the alarm going off and I had to lay down because I kept loosing my balance whilst shaking, my heart is still pounding but not as bad

Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.
