my delusion

so i talked with my care coordinator and my camhs counsellor today about me being in a parallel universe and my voice (who i call gertrude) who mentions it and my care coordinator says that its a delusion. how? i dont understand how that is a symptom of psychosis. i just personally think that i am in one and not in my original universe.
