The general chitchat thread is broken for me. I can only see comments from page 1045 but we're on 1048 now . It was like it a couple hours ago but I left it to see will it fix itself but its still broke. @Chloe234 said it happened on the counting thread for them so I don't think it's just the chitchat thread. Every other thread works for me though

also, don't drafts automatically save anymore? I really liked that feature it was so helpful and I liked to write stuff and never post it lol but they arent saving for me automatically anymore. It was good for when you accidentally click off the page. Saves you writing it all back out.

For a bunch of different reasons, sometimes posts are hidden from view. For short threads, that doesn't really matter because it's usually only one or two. However, for big threads like Count To 10k, the amount of hidden posts is high enough that it covers multiple pages. That's because the thread covers so much time and so many different accounts, so the hidden posts mount up.

That means you're seeing the 'true' number of pages for the discussion, but a much lower post count, which results in empty pages being shown at the end of the thread.

BUT, the most recent posts you can see are actually the most recent posts.

@Slinky the threads stay at where u we’re at before so the pages after are messages you haven’t seen if that makes sense, it just sticks you at the place you last was instead of the very last page

Ohh.. I think I understand. But even when I click on pages 1046,1047, 1048 it doesn’t show the comments / discussion it just shows me like above , two of the page numbers 😂 so I can only see the old discussion

i think i might have had a similar issue the other day in terms of pages with one of the counting threads - and to be honest i think i just assumed it was being glitchy

Boards have been really glitchy in general recently, lots of timeout type errors too

you have to go back to through the numbers to find the chat unfortunately lol.

i also have this issue still - but only in the 'count to 10,000' thread

it's not something that majorly bothers me but just thought i'd let you know too

Hey everyone, thank you for letting us know

We've heard back from our tech team and they think it's to do with too many comments on the threads but they are looking to fix this very soon for us!

They are also fixing the drafts bug too

I know on other forums I am on threads get full. Is that maybe the case here? There's so many comments the tech gets a bit confused?

I also have been having the issues because I have been recently commenting on the thread but I can't see anything or anyone's posts on the general discussion at all. It might be the case that there is a limit on how many posts we can do on there?.

You need to go back a couple of pages to see the recent comments @Amy22, I think it’s page 1046. Tbf that is a lot of posts for a single thread, there’s 30 per page so that’s over 31,000 posts. In one thread!!!

. Yeah there's been tons of posts on there especially as it's one of the most popular threads here as well. I do use it a lot when the gc isn't on or if sc isn't on either.
