hopeless and bubble

I just feel really hopeless yk..
It feels like the world is falling beneath my feet
Im stuck in a bubble with no way out.
I cant let anyone come in or even see in.
Some days the bubble is okay but others it feels like it could explode
Everthing builds up inside this bubble
But I have to keep being okay
I cant not be okay
The real me is gone
And everything just piles on faster than i can deal with it
It feels like it never ends
no matter how hard you try you always feel like youre not trying hard enough and even the smallest thing makes it feel like yore gonna explode ☹️
Its suffocating
Theres no escape
No way out
No way to have even the smallest break
Im falling to peices
theres no way out

    @Chloe234 I am really sorry that you are having a difficult time at the moment. We are all here for you. I know when you feel this way it can seem like there is no way out but i promise you there is light at the end of the tunnel. Have faith, stay strong and we will continue to support you. <3

    @Chloe234 im sorry to hear this, it sounds like you are having a very difficult time at the moment. I second what Amelia has said it can be hard to see a way out but things do get better, keep going and keep communicating how you are feeling. Writing down how you feel can really help so If you can keep writing.

    @Chloe234 hi Chloe, if i'm understanding correctly it sounds like you're feeling really isolated and demotivated at the moment, that must be really hard to experience and you did a very admirable thing by sharing your emotions with us all thank you for the trust in us all! totally off topic and not trying to be dismissive i just wanted to add that ur a beautiful writer and i bet ur feelings resonated with a lot of other users on the platform, and i especially connected with ur feelings as i've experienced similar feelings, and it did get better, and i hope it can get better for u too because u deserve to feel happy and ur feelings are very valid.
