    Hi @ellie2000
Singing could be a coping strategy, how do you find singing helps?

I could agree, that saying something nice to someone in the morning will change their day, I feel it creates a positive start to the day and can really brighten someone's day. I feel like this is something that is underappreciated.

@ellie2000 does singing make you feel different? Or are there times when you have noticed you sing or want to?

ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸
