What topic should we have for Thursday's topic-specific chat?

Hey everyone,

It's me again!

Some of you may know we've been running our topic-specific support group on Thursdays. We wanted to create a thread again to see what you'd like next week's topic to be focused on?

Last week we had family relationships and previously we've had topics such as friendships and neurodiversity.

Any topic suggestions, feel free to comment them below :)
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Hiya @Aoife I love the topic themed chats we do once a month, I think they are super important because having those niche topics can be helpful for those who may find it hard discussing those topics but by being able to have a group its better for us all to chat and support one another, no one is on their own then with a topic they feel they cannot discuss just by themselves. I think it would be great to have one on OCD and how to deal with intrusive thoughts. I also thought it would be interesting to have one on generational trauma and how we can break the cycle of it.

    OCD is a great one and so is Loneliness, I also think sometime we should have an emotions theme? I feel like some of us(me included) might struggle to process emotions or recognise which we're feeling. In my case I think I became numb to them all together at one point so it might be good to talk about, I'm just rambling at this point haha but that's my suggestion ❤️
