I used to need a lot of personal space in my own time but liked having friends around when at school but now I like a balance of both as in adulthood a lot of my friends and myself have various commitments so it's more difficult to meet up regularly

Team 'good balance of both' - i enjoy the time i spend with my friends when we do go and do things, but at the same time, i think i've grown to love spending 'me' time where i am alone (probably the introvert within me 😂)

I definitely prefer a balance of both. I find myself going mad if I don't socialise for a long period of time yet at the same time I find my social battery dies pretty quickly if I have spent the whole day socialising so I definitely also value me time too. It is very subjective to each person and that is completely okay
