The words of the unknown (poem)

Your painful words crowd my head
Like a storm cloud following
The words you see me as
The words you believed
I thought it couldn't be
That my mind was being a cheat
But your wavering true colours shined
Now im left wondering what I've done
Where do you even start
You said I hurt you but pretty sure I didn't
How can anyone top those words
The words that shone into my head
I thought you loved me
I thought you knew me by now
But the words you scattered
The words you screamed
Determine otherwise
You ganged up on me
With someone close to me
What did I do to deserve that
Im sorry that I wasn't good enough
Im sorry that I wasn't who you wanted me to be
Im sorry that I wasn't there for you
Im sorry I grew distant
Like a storm cloud following
The words you see me as
The words you believed
I thought it couldn't be
That my mind was being a cheat
But your wavering true colours shined
Now im left wondering what I've done
Where do you even start
You said I hurt you but pretty sure I didn't
How can anyone top those words
The words that shone into my head
I thought you loved me
I thought you knew me by now
But the words you scattered
The words you screamed
Determine otherwise
You ganged up on me
With someone close to me
What did I do to deserve that
Im sorry that I wasn't good enough
Im sorry that I wasn't who you wanted me to be
Im sorry that I wasn't there for you
Im sorry I grew distant
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.
