Hiya guys
As you know I've started my job a little under 3 weeks ago now
So far I've already started to build postive relations with those I work with (outside of colleagues) and I have a feeling in a few months there will be a success story coming

So I've worked in a spefic area (mostly on 1 estate) every week for 2 nearly 3 weeks now once a week and team been working there for slightly longer
We now have a good repor with 1 spefic young person and they came to one of our other provisions so we hoping to seem more regularly at the provision
All the best!!
The area we have the most weekly repeated contact (basically see the same yp weekly) at has became a hot spot for mh issues and I witnessed something that in reality isn't that bad and most people would brush off but for me it was hard to look at
No one was/in danger or anything it was just a aftermath thing that has already been dealt with
You have a broader awareness of mental health and I can hear how that may make it harder to look at for you than for some other people. Have you got any support with this at the moment?
Some places encourage talking within the team, others with outside services (like EAP) and other people prefer journaling. Do you know what might help you the most at the moment?
