Hello everyone,
You can help improve The Mix’s services by telling us about your experiences of using the Helpline Services (phone, webchat, or email).
We are working with University College London on MSc research projects, which have received ethical approval from the UCL Research Ethics Committee.
As part of this, the researchers are inviting you to take part in interviews to talk about your experiences of using the helpline services, what might help or interfere with their delivery, along with steps that The Mix can take to enhance the experience for young people.
Individual interviews will be held in the last week of May/first week of June over MS Teams and will last around 30 - 45 minutes. The conversation will be kept completely confidential and anonymous. Whether you take part or not will not be disclosed to The Mix and it will not affect your future interactions with us. As a thank you, everyone who takes part will receive a £25 Love2Shop voucher.
If you are interested in taking part or finding out more, please contact the researchers directly at rishika.dhariwal.23@ucl.ac.uk or l.gutman@ucl.ac.uk and they will tell you all about the project and what will be involved in the interviews. They can answer any questions and you can then decide whether you would like to take part.
Thank you for your help!

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
