    Thank you @Rose113 for sharing these. These are super super helpful and I bet will be handy for lots of users on here. I really love the fortune cookie / teller style one for coping mechanisms as it can turn self game into a game and you feel a bit better about doing self care as a result. I think it is so important for us to take time to ourselves and I think you have shared some lovely things. I also really love the artwork on these too!!. <3.
