Definitely not. I have nightmares they find out lol. Would kill myself, don’t speak about my mental health to them at all lol
The mix have called the police on me so many times that I do wonder if it’s possible the police have accidentally said it one time where the source of information came frim

I will be honest my family and parents are aware that I use TheMix and think that the TheMix is a very good place for me to get support. I have got a understanding family though who are aware of my mental health. Also, I had a family member with me during my mental health assessment when they suggested TheMix online. There is definitely nothing weird about not saying that you use TheMix at all as it is personal for everyone and you don't have to share those details with anyone if you don't feel comfortable to. Each experience of TheMix is different therefore no one should feel pressurised into saying. But a lot of people I know are fine with me using this service which makes me feel good. Sometimes I don't tell everyone that I use it but sometimes I do. There is no shame about talking about using a helpline at all even though I understand there is a stigma around mentioning of using a helpline when really there shoulden't be. No one should have to feel awkward about talking about using a helpline. I even started reccomending TheMix to friends and people I know who are struggling with their mental health or whatever situation they are facing. My mum also helps to raise awareness about TheMix as well. Im always here too if anyone needs someone to talk to .

They know about the voluntary side, so community champions, community strategy etc but not that I’ve used it for support since I was 13 lol!

I think they’d figure out it was me pretty quick too. Heaven forbid they ever came into chat they’d recognise the crazy side of me with in a matter of seconds!
