Clarification on Parking Ticket Payment for Non-Students at [removed]

I'm a non-student residing in [removed] and lately bought a parking ticket for parking at [removed] throughout the week. I do not have my automobile registered to [removed] nation at all, and given that it is a college parking offerings ticket do I have to pay it? Is there any way for the ticket to get lower back to me if I'm now not a student? Just curious if all of us else is aware of or has had an journey with this. Thanks!
