Experiencing certain thought patterns or behaviors in the mornings could be influenced by a variety of factors, including your mood, mindset, and routines. If you find that these thoughts are impacting your well-being or causing distress, it might be helpful to engage in mindfulness techniques, practice positive affirmations, or consider talking to a mental health professional. They can provide guidance and support in managing these thought patterns and developing healthier ways of thinking.

Heya @ellie2000 Im hearing that you have flashbacks before you have a nap but then when you have a nap the flashbacks then go away and you are wondering if this is a good way to manage your feelings? I guess we all process are feelings differently and theirs not necessarily a right way. Some people find talking about them helps while others do something more creative. Some may subconsciously be thinking about them and therefore experience flashbacks How do these flashbacks make you feel and have you chatted to anyone about them? Also its more than ok to take some time away if you need it be that to have a nap or otherwise if it makes you feel better.Sending hugs <3

I can hear how you almost want people to know you are struggling like this is a way for you to reach out for support before you nap. Am I hearing this right @ellie2000?
