Hi, I'm Beth and I heard about this community yesterday. I'd say I've struggled with anxiety all my life but for the past few years it has developed into anxiety disorders.
I've tried 3 rounds of therapy and whilst they've helped, I've recently become quite angry and frustrated with my anxiety. I'm angry it isn't ever going to leave me, that I can't just have therapy and be "cured", that I've got to deal with it always. Life is good for me, yet panic attacks still creep up on me and my mind runs at 100 mph. It would be nice to have a break, be "normal" (which I know doesn't exist).
Anyway, I'm posting and reading on this forum to see if anyone can relate to these feelings of frustration and despair! I hope not but the selfish parts of me hopes people can and perhaps have some advice.

I'm very sorry you've been having a hard time dealing with your anxiety, i know that a lot of people who use the mix struggle with your same feelings and often feel angry and lost thinking that the situation might never get better in the future.
