Why do I think so much in the evenings, can't my brain just give me a break and do the contemplating in the morning its so frustrating...
I can hear how you are feeling numb and distant and feeling rough today and I’m sorry that you are having a tough time. Im also hearing you’re not looking forward to today or any day. Is their anything even small that you can think of that maybe might make the days more enjoyable or the prospect of them more enjoyable?We are all really glad you are here and proud of you for letting us know that you are feeling rough at the minute

I kinda wrote on that thread because I don't expect anyone to reply. I know that thread is for "situations where you don't want advice just people to know" that's why I posted there, I already have my own thread where I talk about how I feel (I also realised that my post from today has completely vanished haha) I'm sorry if I said or did something wrong.
About prioritising myself today, I can't. My family will have friends coming over and I don't really have anywhere to go. Its going to be a tiring day.
