    Firstly welcome to the mix, and well done for reaching out to the community, that's really brave of you. I'm hearing that you are feeling embarrassed and ashamed after using snapchat for adding women and sexting them. That sounds difficult.     You mention that you want to stop this behaviour, do you think there is anything you can do that will help you to stop?
