    Hey @ellie2000 ,

You've done really well to reach out and share this with us. We really appreciate your trust.

I'm hearing that you feel as though your neighbours are toxic, and I wondered if you'd like to tell us a little more about that? What do you mean by toxic? What kind of things so they do?

I can also see that you've mentioned that you struggle to sleep at night. Has this been going on for a while? What kind of things have you tried to help you so far, if you'd be comfortable sharing some of those things with me?

You might like to take a look at The Sleep Charity, who are a national charity supporting people to get a good night's sleep. Their website is: https://thesleepcharity.org.uk/.

Take care, Ellie, and we'll speak soon.

With d___heads making it not a very nice place, it was nice for a while, it was quiet. It's become loud n rowdy. now and I'm waiting to move, mums moving already, I hav to wait for the authorities to get there act together which isn't very nice.
I'm unhappy everyday being on my own during the five days and I don't no wat to do coz I feel isolated and uneasy. I suffer with ptsd too, so outside noise at night is a trigger

    Hey @ellie2000

There are lots of sleep exercises you can do:

    - a body scan which will get you to draw your attention on relaxing your physical body
    - any form of meditation on YouTube to allow your brain to focus on something else
    - listening to calming music, which will be good to block out the outside noise if that is a trigger

If you feel comfortable to, could you tell us what you are waiting for the authorities to do in order for you to move with your mum?

It took me afew weeks for me to trust my 2nd therapist.
How do I trust unknown professional ppl?
