I get you on that @ellie2000 anxious thoughts can happen anytime especially intrusive ones. I am hearing that you are having a lot of thoughts and it is causing you a lot of worry. It sounds like these are anxious thoughts. What things do you find help you to cope with these thoughts?. Is there anything you find relaxing?.

I used to do music at nite, and music early in the morning but stopped wen I started getting death threats, which has scarred me even now

After the SA n then was the dealing with popo which was by accident at a young age I fell coz I felt like there was no-one to help, I weren't allowed to say wat was goin on. Now I'm just feel frustrated at life and everyday I struggle
It's stressful
Is tht normal the authority ppl have a go at u, wen ppl find out wat the popo is up to in Ur life?
Not even dad knew wen he came over tht morning coz I held him off driving around the square and they were faffing in my flat

I'm sorry to hear that you had to go through all that. It sounds like you have been dealing with a lot of trauma from the past which has caused your anxiety. I hear that you like to play video games and it helps with things at the moment. Video games can be great to play as they can distract you from your current thoughts. As someone who likes video games myself, I find that it can help with anxiety and worry. I also hear that you like music. Music can be a great way of relaxing (i find music can be a good coping mechanism at times). I hear that you often keep quiet about things that have happened to you, and that you struggle to reach out to others. I get you with reaching out to others as it can scary and hard talking about your feelings and what is on your mind to someone. Is there anyone you can talk to in your family who could help to ease your thoughts?. Please don't feel afraid of reaching out as it could be helpful. I understand it can take a while to reach out for support and as long as your comfortable to really. I hope you are feeling okay.

Wen I gave up feelings, I was told to, I now find it hard to distract myself. I sometimes don't know what games I have. Life is a whole big trauma, the only way I see the world as a happy place is wen I'm away on holiday.
Will I b sad and wanting someone to talk to wen I move by the sea? 😊

i play games, like elden ring, metal gear and stanley parable 2. but i like true crime yt channels like: coffeehouse crime, mori n truly criminal, but i think crimestories r intresting but it gets me triggered like the current world.
wat is gd to pass life rather than giving urself a F or a U, i think life is all a test and i fail.
