Photo Challenge: Relaxation Self-Care

Hello all,

I hope you are all well. I am setting up a photo challenge for all of our wonderful community members, in line with the usual board guidelines.

The first challenge I am setting you will be over the next two weeks! I can sense a lot of stress at the moment. I thought it would be fun for you to post a photo of something which helps you to relax during deadline/exam season (or in general when stressed!).

For me, this would be music so the photo would be of my headphones. If any of you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know. Otherwise, I will look forward to seeing lots of self-care photos! :)

    This is such a great idea for a thread @Laura_tigger82 I hope it helps everyone de-stress a little. <3 My answer is probably a very common one, my pets! Nothing more calming in the world than the look on my dog's face when he's chilling outside. :grin:

    Thank you everyone for sharing what helps you to relax! It definitely seems like a really peaceful thread. It is filled with all the happy things.

    I am looking forward to seeing everyone else's photos of what helps them to relax. There's still a week left for anyone else who wishes to share :D

    This is a beautiful drawing @kaii. I love the colours and the stars in the eyes. You're so talented!
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    We had a lovely picnic in the park yesterday with all of our team at The Mix. We got a pinata and we called it Mixal <3
