Worried about sending too many emails

If you see someone sending you too many emails at a time, would you think badly of them? I am so worried that I may appear as a nuisance but I do have memory problems.

    Also would you be annoyed if someone forgot to disclose their mental illness and have a breakdown during the event?

    Hey @Kate_20 thank you for your post!

    Sending too many emails isn't a bad thing , sometimes it is needed to get certain things done and that's completely okay. You mentioned that you're worried you may come across as a nuisance but you have memory problems, is the person that you are emailing aware of this?

    If someone had a breakdown at an event, I think the main aim would be too support them regardless of if they disclosed they had a mental illness or not. What makes you feel that it would be annoying?

    @Jade09 Thanks. They are not aware of my problem but it would be more annoying if I send them more emails to explain. I am also worried because this happened in the past and that my email system was broken too, sending the same email 8 times to the recipient without me knowing. I am not sure if that would happen again. I am too worried to send emails, and then too worried after sending them.

    It seems like you are struggling at the moment <3

    You mentioned the email system breaking and sending 8 of each to the recipient, I think the recipient would recognise that the same emails have come through 8 times and understand there has been a problem. I don't think they would think any differently of you because of it, i'm sure it happens to a lot of people! Do you mind me asking who the recipient is? If it is a lecturer/teacher or employer it could be seen as a positive that you are asking lots of questions. It shows your commitment to making sure you are doing your work correctly. It would be much better to ask questions and do well rather than not asking questions and not doing so well.
