    I hav experienced it in the past, but I still feel like under a 'cloud' as it were. Coz I had no say so tht stuff had ended. The popo, which I mixed with the wrong crowd and I was shown something that I wasn't supposed to. They sed it was alright. The ppl who carried out the sexual assault got away, they made excuses. And I was abused by ppl who were supposed to be professional.

    It's been very messy and I hav to take sertiline to keep at bay

    pastt events, i have feelings of fear, sadness, regret, i dont deal with those well

    That's understandable Ellie, we all deal with past traumas differently. I'm wondering if there's anything that helps when these feelings are strong to cope with them?

    I struggle and sometimes I don't think I can get to the weekend. I hav games tht I complete in a weekend, dna wat to do after tht

    We hear you @ellie2000. You show so much strength in getting to the weekend even when you don't think you can.

    It sounds really positive that you have games you complete at the weekends. What sorts of games are you enjoying playing at the moment and what sorts of other things might you enjoy? :)

    i like resident evil 7 & 8 and the games by 'bloober' i only got n i7 proceessor atm im getting a decacore soon on linux :). so i can play any game tht cant run now
    i like lego :) when im away from screens
