Hi! My name is Rose and I’m in my first year of study to become a professional counsellor and psychotherapist. My course at university has helped me develop empathy, active listening skills and unconditional positive regard. In simpler terms, I’m here to listen, support and never judge you.

No person should ever be left to feel they are alone. If you’re struggling with mental health, emotions or just need someone to listen, I am here.
