    I would say that cutting the dead ends will probably help it to grow! :)

    Unfortunately, I am not sure about any serums/home remedies as this is not something I know much about.

    Hopefully, our wonderful community members will have lots of ideas :3

    @Past User I have tried castor oil on my eyelashes and eyebrows and it certainly works but I'm unsure on whether it would work on head hair, as it's thicker and has a larger volume. However, I have heard that rice water strengthens hair but does not necessarily grow (soak rice in water and use that water to rinse your hair).
