When you say nobody you know wants to speak to you, I wonder if you can elaborate on what makes you feel that way? Also, I'm so sorry that mental health services aren't being as proactive as you want, were you planned a wellbeing call today?

@ellie2000 Ideally they should've contacted you and asked if you would prefer to push the session to when they're back or if you would like to speak to someone else (if that's an option within this service). Did they contact you at all?
