    Sorry to hear you feel people avoid you when you are at home. Do you have a small circle of family and friends you can lean on? They may help you to meet new people. Though, it is wonderful to hear you feel more comfortable when on holiday and this can help you to communicate with new people! :)

    Wen I back at home, I'm away from family but I hav regular peer groups and light touch support. Someone was doing me b4 holiday in the shower, I live alone. So I don't tell no one wat goes on, the ppl I tell who I pay for support dismiss it.
