Also, their is a couple pressure points on our forheads that may work to get rid of your headache. I use them myself.
The BL2 Pressure Point. The BL2 is also used for treating headaches and those with the problem say it is especially useful for sinus headaches. 10 This pressure point is located at the point above the bridge of your nose, near the end of your eyebrows.

I usually try to make sure I am staying extra hydrated if I am trying to get rid of a headache without pain relief. Additionally, it is important to make sure you are getting enough sleep and rest. Rest may look as simple as sitting in a quiet room. It is also important to ensure you are looking after your well-being when you have headaches because headaches can sometimes be caused by stress.

Hi there, as a migraine sufferer headaches are one of the main symptoms of my condition. I usually find these tips useful when trying to prevent a headache from coming on and managing its severity; drinking water regularly to stay hydrated, sticking to a fairly consistent sleeping pattern, eating plenty of carbohydrates and avoiding stressful situations. If you have access to a dark quiet room, sitting or sleeping for an hour or so can help as senses can be heightened with a headache and also id recommend the headache patches you can get from local supermarkets and pharmacies which cool the head.
