    Hello Ellie,

If you have any issues using or downloading the app, check the NHS App help and support page. You can contact the NHS App team directly to report any issue, or if you have any questions about this product. Please share the details through our contact form for our records. How do I access it?

https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/nhs-app-help-and-support/nhs-app-technical-information/technical-issues-with-the-nhs-app/ That link < Is very good, has different boxes that can solve your question !
