I’m seriously considering suicide. I am safe atm and will be staying in bed for the rest of the night I don’t have a plan/ date.
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

Just wanted to check in to see how you are doing?
We are here for you, and care about you
I'm a little shattered from work but overall I'm okay. I was gonna sleep but then I got distracted and ended up looking at sausage dogs lol and now I've just realized why I opened up the laptop in the first place and it was not for dogs haha
Enough about me though, how you doing?
Heads up my replies will be on the slow side, I'm doing a bit of paper work (cries)
Aw sausage dogs are cute
I’m getting All ready getting to go anyway
I’m at home now. The crisis team are supposed to ring me today to see me tomorrow
You are not alone. You are very brave for reaching out and I hope you get the help you need. I imagine you are quite young, due to the nature of this website. I hope you understand you have so much to live for. At this stage in our lives nothing is set in stone and we can always change. I don’t know what you are going through but this will be temporary. Think about what you want from the future. You might have a preferred career or want to have a family. You are very strong for receiving help so far. Stick with it and you will look back at how much you have achieved!
I know you have something special to give to the world!
Got the crisis team coming round at 10:30
Just dropping in here to say you're doing incredibly well to keep reaching out, and to persevere with the support around you even when things feel really bleak. It takes a lot of energy and a lot of courage to do that, and I really wanted to recognise that. I know you've got a lot on your plate.
Just to let you know, I deleted a post further up that you made yesterday. The support needs you were expressing were quite firmly in crisis territory, and it's really important to seek that support from a service setup to give you what you need. It also makes sure we're keeping other vulnerable folks on the community safe from what could be quite a distressing thing to hear.
If you find yourself at breaking point today, do you think you'd be able to take a step back from the community and contact crisis services?
I know you know these organisations, but just to save you some clicks, here they are:
I know the staff team is also in touch via PM - just wanted to make sure we touch in here too.
