It is very important to show self compassion. One way to do this could be to take up a hobby that can keep you fit and healthy. Or spend time being creative and writing poetry, if that is something you are interested in? Perhaps, take some time for yourself and relax. Have a night in and watch a movie with some of your favourite food. It depends on what works for you.
