Hi everyone,
World Suicide Prevention Day is an important day and it’s coming up on Friday 10 September.
In the lead up to World Suicide Prevention Day, The Mix will be launching a campaign. There’s a focus this year on young men. The campaign aims to reduce the stigma men face when seeking help, start open conversations and provide support for men's mental health.
I’d really like to hear your ideas on what we can do on the community to help reduce the stigma men face when seeking support, start open discussions and support topics here on the community.
If you have any ideas, post them below

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
