I'm Adam and I am 21 years old
I was born in a leap year so techically I'm 16

lol jk
Anyways, I go university and going into my final year in September. I study counselling and psychotherapy.
I am not going to lie, my mental health has always been great, but I am always keen to help anyone who struggles, so shout me if you need tips or advice!
