what to expect from the first Community Psychiatrics nurse visit?

This is with adults, community mental health team. All I know it lasts about 1 hour, and they ask questions but any other information or anyone's experience's would be really helpful.

First of all, I just wanted to let you know that I am so happy for you to be having your first community Psychiatric nurse visit. I know that you have been struggling to gain access to help for your mental health so I am really happy for you that this is happening.
