    Hey @ellie2000 , no need to apologise for venting! It's better out than in and often helps us figure out our feelings. Lockdown has made it really difficult for us to get advice face to face, I can definitely agree on that! How do you feel about telephone support or maybe zoom support?

    i hav zoom seminars but we not allowed to go into deep stuff. im desperatly emailing my past therapist for help, i dont no....coz i had 40 weeks with her, i think tht i no 1 2 1 now 4eva, ppl say 'oh put it in a box' i dont tlk to those ppl 'put it in a box' NOT helpful. mind didnt get back to me. nd i cant phone them coz its a unknown number

    These zoom seminars which you mentioned, is that for like therapy? Have you tried getting receiving counselling from any local services, i.e. through your doctors or even checked out The Mix's counselling?

    I'm sorry to hear that Mind didn't get back to you, maybe you could send them a follow up email?

    @ellie2000 The place that you previously had counseling with, as @Past User mentioned, are you able to get back in touch with that person or the service that provided the support?

    @ellie2000 Maybe you could try give them a ring at some point this week? There's no harm in trying and hopefully they'll be able to pick things up again! I really think it would be a good idea to call them again
