    i hav phonecalls it was some person reccommended coz i just finished 121 peer support calls, i wrote him a email, telling him about my ptsd and i asked where i can get help frm
    im scared of asking for help, why does something like a stray cat coming in the house make me panic? y does panic make u blackout?
