    It's okay if you're having suicidal thoughts @ellie2000. A lot of folks deal with them from time to time and those feelings are completely valid. Never an easy thing to go through. :(

    When you say 'telling mind', do you mean Mind the mental health organisation?

    If you're having suicidal thoughts, it can be very difficult to deal with them. <3

    There are mental health services that you can speak to. I'm going to add 24/7 mental health services here besides the Mix:

    Mental Health Services
    Mental Health Crisis Line - 0800 330 8590

    Shout Crisis Text Line - Text "SHOUT" to 85258 or "YM" if you're under 19

    Samaritans

    That's the ones I can think of so far - maybe someone else can add in as well.

    It's also good to have a safety plan in place! Mind has a lot of information for this so I hope it helps. :3

    I just have moments where I crash, I don't have therapy at the moment, as I was left hanging by a therapist i had that I was a 'guinea pig' , I had a go at her on fb and her mother coz she is as bad. Saying they're a narcissist. My therapist told me to hav a go at the ppl who I'm not happy with.
    And I wrote a email y I need therapy, I stated the fact I had ptsd and that I was struggling, wats a peer mentor? wat coping skills r there, n y don't ppl talk to me face-to-face wen they notice I'm upset, they talk to my tutor or keyworker. Luckily the police didn't turn up. Why do ppl talk abrupt wen they want to know wats wrong?

    normally i play 'last of us' tht game help u gtn emersed in tht world. life is all about gtn enough xp so u level up more. its hard to do tht with toxic ppl. thts games like: vikings, diablo, fallout and borderlands 1,2 n 3

    Joy booths sound like a great idea but might cause some complications.

    Why is John an odd fellow??

    I personally prefer Far Cry 3 purely because of the villains. Very memorable.
