hi everyone,
I am really struggling to cope with everything. Coping with the stupid professionals.
my tolerance level is really low and my suicidal ideation is really high.
I have told so many different people that I'm really struggling but yeah.
I don't know what to do tbh. Help.

It's good that you are trying to speak to people about how you're feeling but it sounds like maybe they haven't listened... If you've tried the Samaritans already, you could ring your GP or call 999.
Sending love and support your way, you are not alone, and we care about you. The Mix cares about you
My parents and a couple have listen but not the people who can do something. Those who have listen are helping to try and get me the right support. My GP is working on a lot of other stuff so using other people who have more direct access to mental health care than the GP. and I will never again call 999 or go to A&E for mental health issues under my own free will I have had too many bad experiences, hospital is the worst place for me. we are trying to sort to have 24/7 waking support available for crisis situations.
thank you

I can understand why you might be frustrated dealing with professionals. It's good to hear that your parents listen and you have them to support you. It is good to hear that you have tried to use crisis text chats. If you ever need it, The Mix offers a Crisis Messenger in partnership with Shout.
I also just wanted to check in and make sure you were safe right now?
My parents are trying to find an autism mental health specialist to get a second opinion as local services cannot deal with adapting to my needs. If anyone has any names of autism mental health professionals (bonus points if they specialize in Trauma, dissociation or suicide) Please let me know.
The professionals are making the same mistake they made two years ago when I was telling them I was struggling they didn't believe me and then I attempted and ended up sectioned. Because I don't 'look bad' prior to an attempt they are not going to be able to tell.
I have used shout before but I can't use it at home because our signal is terrible.

The national autistic society has a helpline that could be helpful to call. It says they can help you with finding help and support, so I'm wondering if they might know about those who specialise in trauma/disassociation/suicide. Alternatively, they have a service directory so you can scroll through the options on their website and see if you find any contacts there that could help. Perhaps worth a try!
Best of luck with finding the right support - you really deserve some great support. Take good care
thank you for the suggestions
I will email the NAS. I am also having a look at their service directory most of the services are autism assessments rather than Mental health assessment in autistic people which is annoying.
thank you
