I attend a mind zoom seminar group and a lady who attends the group always tlk about suicidal thoughts n i sick of it bcoz after last wks seession i wanted to die. who...wat...phrase, struggling wat to say....?

    That is a tough thing to talk about and it can certainly feel triggering to hear those conversations. Sending love :heart:

    It's important that everybody in the group respects each other, and it seems this lady isn't being as considerate as she perhaps could be. She might not realise this though - she could just be talking about her thoughts without realising the impact these can have on others. So, I think it would be helpful to raise this with the organiser of the group - just as Lucy has said. The organiser could then have a chat with the lady to encourage less triggering conversations. How does that sound? :heart:

    thank you, i dont feel as bad this week, in the group we were tlkn about happiness which i think is shortlived, the lady wasnt there which was gd, if she was i think she would of ranted on nd ruined the atmos. wats every1s opinions?
