If you've had some bad advice from your doctor you don't have to just suck it up and walk away. The Mix explains how to complain.

I moved from London and registered at the Chadwel m centre in September 2020. I sent my medical records and called them 10th times to prescribe my repeated medication that were issued by my psychiathrists and specialists but after 4 months investigation, they have not issued any medicines for me that caused several Asthma attacks, Essential Hypertention, Acute Myiocardial infarction and ANGER.
I had to hold the line for more than 1 houre and once for more than 2 hours.
I just need my repreated medication be prescribed ASAP.
It must be awful for you to be suffering with asthma, angina, arthritis and diabetes. That's a lot to be dealing with and worse when you aren't able to get your medication.
If you'd like to complain about your GP, the article states that "Firstly, ask your surgery for a copy of its complaints procedure and find out who is nominated to handle complaints at your surgery.
Generally, there are two main ways to complain about your doctor:
If you’re still unhappy, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, who is independent of the NHS and government. You should be aware that this option to complain is highly likely to be unavailable if you start any form of legal proceedings against your doctor."
Since we aren't legal or medical professionals, you may want to contact Citizens Advice Citizens Advice for further help with this matter.
Hope you are able to get your medication prescribed soon!
