Looking For Good Recipes

Has anybody got any good recipes? I will be home alone next week, so I need to cook myself something. I am not a novice cook, nor an expierenced one, but want something simple I can adapt and possibly cook in a larger batch for next time.

Any ideas on this? Thank you!
