I’m really struggling with my depression today couldn’t sleep last night

    I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling <3 depression is really tough and I can understand totally how you feel.

    Are you getting any support for your depression?

    The bad days are really hard, but you’ll get through them. You’ve got this

    Yes I do have  support but still it’s hard that’s why like reaching out here
