My anxiety is so bad any tips for calming  down anxiety?
i have had a break from here which helped calmed it down I am now on here again as lonely and want to talk to people do they still do group chats?

    Hey @Past User, group chats are still on as usual. I'm glad your break helped you to calm down :) If you're looking for tips on calming anxiety, I really like to do some breathing techniques!

    Sure! My favourite breathing technique is called square breathing. This is where you inhale for 4 counts, hold it for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts and hold for 4 counts. Then you just repeat this until your anxiety has calmed down :) 

    I also like to use the app Calm which has some guided breathing on there!

    Hi @Past User my advice is to write in a journal about how your feeling and why and everything you feel can go in there and then you can keep that journal in a safe place that's what I do.
