I'm also on a laptop on chrome so that might make a difference if you haven't tried chrome?
We had an issue with our server which caused this to happen, I think it was resolved Sunday evening but if you had been on the site before, it's likely that the cache would have caused it to look like it was not working, so a change of browser would have done the trick, so thanks for the suggestion @Eleanor!
