    I’m not going on my bike ride, decided to go and visit my aunt instead 
    The steps you take don’t need to be big, they just need to take you in the right direction.

    Yeah! I always find making it a plan with my friend makes me more likely to go. I would never go alone unless I’m in a really good mindset which isn’t often aha

    Same tbh. But I realised that I don't really go out unless it's for work related things so I need to start using my free time wisely

    Same at the moment aha and I don’t work or have anywhere to be so I just don’t go out aha. Been trying to make plans with a few different friends to go for walks as that’s the only reason I’ll leave the house

    Awww no it gets pretty busy here when the weathers nice vos of being near the beach but there are some nice trails close by which are never really busy!! So that’s fun

    Salad is nice on a day like this. I did end up going on my bike ride after all lol. Now we’re getting ready to have a BBQ

    Yeah was good. I just find it kinda triggering tho for when Ben in hospital for my mental health but other than that it’s good and yesterday was about deaf
